TruCore Investments was co-founded by our team of industry veterans from Stan Johnson Company with a deep collective experience in private commercial real estate investments. Our partners and team members focus on long-term relationships to access deal flow, which allows us to outperform market returns on a risk-adjusted basis.

Managing Director & Partner
Zach Harris
As Managing Director and one of the co-founding partners, Zach is responsible for the leadership, growth, and strategic direction of the company while also overseeing the investment and operational functions. Prior to TruCore, Zach was a Director at Stan Johnson Company for over 12 years, where he specialized in net lease industrial investment sales brokerage for clients nationwide and contributed to the closing of over $5.0 billion in transaction volume.  Harris earned his B.S. in civil engineering from Villanova University and his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Oklahoma. 
Investments Director
Hunt Rose
As Investments Director and a co-founding TruCore member, Hunt oversees investments, financial underwriting, due diligence, and assists in origination of new investment opportunities. Prior to TruCore, Rose was an Associate Director at Stan Johnson Company specializing in providing equity capital solutions for new real estate development projects nationwide. Rose contributed to the capitalization of more than $2.5 billion in transaction volume and placement of over $200 million inequity capital. Rose started his career with Deloitte in the Hedge Fund and Private Equity Advisory Group in Dallas, TX. Rose obtained a Certified Public Accountant designation and earned a master’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University.
Senior Accountant & OPERATIONS MANAGER
Noah Tedescucci
In his role, he oversees the accounting and operations of all legacy and new TruCore entities, while also providing investor communication and reporting. Most recently, Noah worked as an Assurance Senior at Ernst & Young where he performed annual and quarterly audits, as well as completed control and substantive testing for various accounts for a Fortune 500 company. He is a certified public accountant and holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Oral Roberts University.
Investment Analyst
Gabe West
Gabe assists in the underwriting of new investment opportunities, gathers marketing intelligence, prepares equity offering memorandums, assists in the creation and maintenance of financial forecasting models, coordinates property due diligence, and creates investor reports. Prior to TruCore, West was a Financial Associate Advisor at Burkholder Wealth Management, where he assisted in the development of personalized financial plans and investment portfolio analysis.

Chairman & Founding Partner
Stan Johnson
Stan Johnson is co-founder and Partner of TruCore Investments. Johnson has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate and is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Stan Johnson Company, which he established in 1985. A visionary in the net lease space, Johnson is also seasoned real estate private equity investor with an extensive track record of personal and private partnership investments spanning decades. Stan Johnson Company built the nation’s largest team of investment sales professionals focused on net lease investment sales, and the firm was acquired by Northmarq in Fall 2022. Johnson was one of the pioneers of the single-tenant, net lease market segment throughout the last three decades. Johnson holds an accounting degree from the University of Oklahoma and is a certified public accountant. He is also a member of NAIOP, SIOR and ICSC.
Jeff Hughes
Jeff Hughes is a Partner of TruCore Investments. Hughes has provided his clients with the highest level of service since he joined Stan Johnson Company more than two decades ago. He is highly regarded as an expert in all aspects of the net lease industry, including build-to-suits, portfolio sales, joint ventures, sale leaseback and zero cash flow structures. Hughes alongside his team has completed over $10 billion in net leased transactions. Hughes draws upon his invaluable investment sales and real estate finance experience to formulate the best plan of action for his highly valued clients. Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, Hughes maintained various positions in the mortgage banking business. A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, he is also a member of NAIOP, SIOR and ICSC.
Josh Campbell
Josh Campbell is a Partner of TruCore Investments. Campbell has a diverse commercial real estate background, with over 15 years of experience spanning occupier services outsourcing, investment sales, and mortgage brokerage and a variety of industry verticals. He served on Stan Johnson Company’s Executive Committee, leading the firm’s multi-year growth strategy through corporate development, acquisition, and new venture initiatives. Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, Campbell served as a Senior Vice President at CBRE. Campbell is a graduate of Princeton University.
Brad Pepin
Brad Pepin is a Partner of TruCore Investments. Pepin brings over 33 years of real estate, finance, accounting, and operational management experience to the firm. Specializing in net lease industrial and office investment sales, as well as structuring joint-venture partnerships for build-to-suit projects, Pepin puts an emphasis on establishing long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional advisory and brokerage services. Prior to joining Northmarq through the acquisition of Stan Johnson Company, Pepin served as a Senior Director and Partner. While at Stan Johnson Company, he closed nearly $3 billion in net lease transactions, contributing to his team’s overall volume of $12.5 billion. Prior to Northmarq and Stan Johnson Company, Pepin served in various CFO and Corporate Controller positions with FaithHighway,Inc. and Tax and Accounting Software Corp, after starting his career with Ernst& Young, LLP. Pepin is a graduate of Oral Roberts University with a degree in accounting. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Oklahoma and holds the designation of a CCIM, and is also a member of ICSC.
David Clary
David Clary is a Partner of TruCore Investments. Representing individual and institutional buyers and sellers in transactions ranging from one million to one hundred million, Clary has closed transactions totaling more than $4 billion. Prior to joining Northmarq through the acquisition of Stan Johnson Company, Clary served as a Senior Director and Partner at Stan Johnson Company. With an extensive financial background and a focused attention to detail, Clary is widely regarded as an expert in zero cash flow structured transactions and successfully manages institutional client relationships. With responsibilities in finance, business development, acquisitions, and divestitures, Clary worked for Mapco and The Williams Companies prior to joining Stan Johnson Company. Clary is a graduate of Tulsa University, holding a B.S. in Marketing as well as M.B.A.
