Deal Size: $2-$50+ million
Lease Term Remaining: 1-7 years (longer terms considered)
Tenant Credit: Public & Private Credits
Strategic Objectives:
          • Below Market Rent - Seeking properties with below market rents and/ or below replacement value
          • Retrofit-to-Suit - Acquiring vacant properties with strong leasing fundamentals
          • Opportunistic - Entrepreneurial approach to identify unique assets and create value
